Disposal and take-back

Disposal Instructions

Waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) marked with the following symbol for separate collection must not be disposed of with household waste:

Instead, end users can hand them in at the designated collection points within your municipality or at the public waste management authorities.

End users are solely responsible for deleting personal data on the old devices to be disposed of.

If batteries, rechargeable batteries, lamps, or light bulbs are contained in the devices, they must be removed prior to disposal, provided this can be done without destroying them. The removed batteries, rechargeable batteries, lamps, and light bulbs must be disposed of separately and in an environmentally friendly manner.

Take-back Instructions

According to the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), every manufacturer is obliged to provide a reasonable return option for waste equipment from users other than private households. This take-back concept applies to all Speedypick waste electrical and electronic equipment that is intended exclusively for use by commercial customers and is not distributed for private end-use (B2C).

We therefore point out that you can return your old devices to us at any time. For a return or in the event of a device defect, please contact the technical support of eQ-3 AG at:
