Management Software

Software for managing and configuring the system and the components.

The management software (MSW) is the central link between the external warehouse management software (WMS, SAP, ...) or automation software and the Speedypick hardware. It enables intuitive initial setup of the pick-by-light system guided by a wizard as well as convenient ongoing administration and maintenance.

Speedypick software, the powerful central link

The MSW stores all unit data and supports all processes required for operation in component management in a user-friendly and intuitive user interface. In addition, the MSW provides important information on the status of the units plus associated diagnostics.
It is also possible to create data backups and, if necessary, use them to restore the system. Data can be
exported, edited and then imported again. A 3-stage logging function records processes and can also be used for error analysis. The integrated user administration enables the creation of different users with individual read and write rights.
Once set up, the MSW runs in the background and requires no separate maintenance. It supports standard procedures in the modification
of the system (adding, deleting, replacing, configuring modules, etc.) in a simple and comprehensible way. In case of service, the MSW can be
can be used for convenient error analysis.
With the disclosure of the very well documented central API communication interface (JSON-RPC), it is possible for every user to connect to the system.
With this, eQ-3 offers the highest possible degree of freedom for an IT-side connection of the Speedypick system.

System Compatibility

As a manufacturer of wireless and wired (bus) systems, we attach great importance to the best possible integration of our systems into your automation or warehouse management level. The interfaces we provide (JSON-RPC and XML-RPC) are well documented and can be used by the user without restriction. This enables the user to create the process logic oneself and to implement any changes that may occur later independently of third parties. Alternatively, the integration of our Speedypick systems can of course also be carried out by IT partner companies of your choice. In any case, we are always happy to provide advice and support so that your project is efficiently brought to a successful conclusion.
